WP 2

Mapping the European Scene and Introducing the One-stop Employment Support Centre for Disadvantaged & Disabled Young People

WP2 Aims

  • Increase the accessibility and transferability of the available practices focusing on the integration of young people (DYP) in the labour market and encourage businesses to adopt this methodology through transnational mapping.
  • Enable young people, youth workers and parents to share their challenges and needs on a European level, promote the exchange of experiences and raise awareness for the importance of inclusion for people with disabilities, through the consultation podcasts.
  • Reinforce the peer-to-peer review among the partners, to verify the job-profiles that DYP should focus on, to strengthen their employability skills.
  • Develop the guidelines and competences that will act as the foundation for the capacity-building program and strengthen the skills of young people, increasing their job opportunities.
