WP3 Aims
- Support the acquisition of knowledge for DYP and help them recognize which competence-related areas might require additional practice to enhance their personal and professional skills to support their integration into the labour market specifically in horeca & agriculture industries.
- Enhance DYP knowledge and skills for successful integration into the labor market through innovative methodologies.
- Provide youth workers with teaching pedagogies, to upgrade youth work, through their teaching styles, ensure the appropriate delivery of knowledge to DYP and support the integration of the ALL4JOBS into youth work.
- Empower businesses, organizations and enterprises to become more inclusive and accessible and incorporate practices as part of their CSR in their work environment.
The ALL4JOBS e-Book presents a practical Capacity Building Programme designed to enhance the competences and employability of disadvantaged and disabled young people through inclusive, digital, and sustainable youth work practices. It covers five core modules—employability, entrepreneurship, green competences, digital skills, and job-oriented training—using accessible language, real-life examples, and hands-on activities. Developed within an EU-funded project, the e-Book supports youth workers and educators in empowering young people to build confidence, skills, and pathways into the labour market.
